One of Steve Reich’s famous work - the Clapping Music is a minimalist piece written for two performer and is performed entirely by clapping. One performer claps a basic rhythm for the entire piece while the other clap the same rhythm but shift every 8 bars by one eighth note to the right.
I found it very ‘timey’ and was thinking about making a sketch visualizing the idea. Since there are 12 eighth notes in one bar, I decided to make it a ‘clock’ which also divided the whole 360 degrees into 12 sections.
